ABOUT

I started Todd Moore Design in 1990, working in various capacities — art director, designer, and photo stylist —to meet the unique needs of an array of clients. As a photo stylist, my conceptual and hands-on experience is extensive, ranging from the creation of sets, table décor, still life tableaux, room environments, and floral drama to name a few. My body of work in retail store interiors, marketing showrooms, and window displays is also quite large.   Publications: The Perfect Wedding Reception and many notable magazines including O Magazine, O at Home, House & Garden, Elle Decor, Traditional Home, Southern Accents and House Beautiful, where I served as Contributing Editor. Born in Homer, Louisiana, I spent my formative years in Shreveport, Louisiana; attended Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia; received my bachelor’s degree in English from Centenary College of Louisiana, in Shreveport; studied a year abroad at St. John’s College, Oxford University; and then continued my graduate studies in advertising at The University of Texas at Austin. Thereafter, I decided to venture out of my Southern comfort zone and move to New York City to pursue a career in design.
